I bought this to extend my WiFi out into the garden and to enable me to work in the sunshine. The Wifi signal is greatly enhanced but found that it was clashing with my existing Network (even at low signal it would grab the extender rather than my much stronger signal from the BT Homehub). I have now switched it off and would consider using it again if we ever get back to having people round for BBQ's.One other niggle is the earth plug seems to be large and sticks into the socket. I have had to prize the plug plate (which detached from the main unit) out with a screwdriver, it was that tight in!. Clips back together, but wonder how long before this breaks.In short, I would suggest using this when you need it and switching it off when you don't. For the price paid, would not consider sending it back, but would work round the limitations.

I had a few issues try to get into the setting .As a repeater I ran into a lot of problems with the repeater becoming a exstion of my current routa then ask for a password but the password was not the one I used on my routa. After alot of messing around of which I have no idea what I did. But suddenly my repeater appears on my WiFi list I can login and the signal is very good

The UK style 3 pin plug supplied would not go into a standard wall socket. Comparing the pins on the plug to a standard UK plug the pins were not quite the correct length. Could this defect be dangerous? I did get the plug into an extension lead socket, however the WIFI extender would not connect to my IPAD, not able to recognize the password.

Great product that took 2 minutes to set up. Bought this to convert my BT box on one side of the room that has been plagued with connectivity problems using network extenders. Use this product in extender mode and plugged tv box into it using the network port. My digital tv is now working perfect wirelessly with seamless service.

This was very easy to set up and boosts WiFi effectively to the opposite end of the house from the router. It needed to be closer to the router than I'd expected - halfway between the router and our dead spot, but that works.

Absolutely rubbish, don't even waist your time ordering it, alot better one's on the market

Poor quality! The earth pin is so tight when inserting and removing from a socket you have to be very careful, or the whole detachable 3 pin connector will just snap off... which mine did! It’s so flimsy you will struggle to pull this out of any wall socket without it breaking off. Was a pin to set up and the WiFi signal is ok, not great. The build quality is absolute rubbish.

Took a bit of trial and error to get it to link. Maybe that was down to me of course. Using it in my garage to get signal for phone to TV to connect smart turbo trainer for bike. Works fine. Good strong signal
