Treatment should be started with a dose of 50,000 IU / 100 g, whereas a dose of 30,000 IU / 100 g should be used to continue treatment. On and around the affected area, apply 1-3 times a day a layer of cream about 1 mm thick and rub it lightly into the skin. At diseases of veins it is possible to impose a venous bandage.
