Great representation of early Hagar
I remember this album as "All Night Long." Really good live effort from Hagar back when he was starting out. First got this album back in 1979 after Sammy opened for Boston in St. Louis. He really blew them off the stage - and never opened for anyone in St. Louis after that. Good times, really good times!

Great Live Sammy Hagar CD
LOUD AND CLEAR is a great live CD by Sammy Hagar. It features a revamped lineup of his band playing hotter than ever, throwing in a couple of Montrose classics along the way, along with the only album appearance of Sammy's original version of "I've Done Everything For You." Hagar's advocacies of sanctions against Indonesia in retaliation for that country's trumped up 2005 drug-smuggling conviction of a young Australian tourist, increased funding for law enforcement, and capital punishment for kidnappers make this CD an essential purchase for both your ears AND your conscience.

There's No Substitute for Red
Strong classic rock live performance, starting with "Red", finishing with "Space Station #5", and lots of good stuff in between. Well worth it.

Fantastic singer/Gitarist.
This is a fantastic live album by one of best singer /Guitarists around.I first saw Sammy in 1974 at Charlton Athletic with the Who and several other groups.I then saw Sammy with his own band about 20 yrs later. Both concerts were brilliant.Loud and Clear is a great reflection of Sammy with his own band.Young Girl Blues is one of my favourite records by anyone.I would recommend this to anyone who likes rock music LOUD and Clear.

A must for fans of heavy rock'n'roll
This is a great live album from the late 70s by the Red Rocker. Remastering this time has been done very well. The fade out on Bad Motor Scooter is as i remember it from the days of (Red) vinyl. There's a real energy to the whole album, even when it slows down on Young Girl Blues.
