Wow wow wow! So cool!The Snoppa Vmate is a powerful little package that is very newbie friendly.Upon opening the package, I was suprised at how tiny this camera is. It cam in a protective case that easily fits in your pocket. On top of the protective case, there is a nice Pergear can that you can place the camera, and charger in! Did I mention the charger is USB C? I am so happy that USB C is becoming common.I was just itching to get this camera going so I started it up right away with the only physical button on it. The gimbal self calibrated and was ready to go. The swipe / touch screen interface is super simple and I went from 1080/30fps to 4k/60fps in no time. I took a short video of the dogs and walk from my dimly lit house to the bright Texas sun. The video adjusted in no time at all! Playing back 4k video on the device isn't the smoothest but when I popped the memory card that was included into my computer, everything was super smooth and super crisp. Wow! The camera is better than my DJI Mavic Platinum camera!After my initial test I had to see the app + phone interaction. I installed the app from the Google Play store and the pair process was practically automated. Then I accidentally turned the camera off. The app began looking for the device and when I turned it back on, it automatically reconnected. Very nice touch!After installing a firmware update I decided to tinker a bit while eating lunch. It was so much easier to change the camera settings on the app and the tutorial was great at showing me all of the features. There is even a livestreaming mode and left handed mode (thank you!). I can't wait to try that out.Overall the build quality, software, reliability of this camera is 10/10. I would certainly recommend this especially over some of the more expensive competitors. In the next iteration of this I would love to see a mount for a tripod so I can use this to record working on cosplay props without fear of the wind knocking over the camera.If you are on the fence, get it!

My Snoppa Vmate is an excellent device in most respects. However, I can not give more than three stars because the autofocus does not work well. Often times the camera will not focus at all. Other than that and the minimalist user instructions, this is a fine 3 axis, mechanical gimbal, camera.UPDATE. I exchanged email with the seller, FOTOGEEKS, regarding the focus issue. I rate the seller FIVE STARS for their attention to the issue. They quickly sent out another Snoppa Vmate. The new unit seems to not have the autofocus defect. I was only able to test it in my back yard for now, but in a few weeks I will return to a real world setting to thoroughly test my new Vmate. If all checks out OK, I will then upgrade my review of the product to five stars.

Hard to use. Ran extremely hot. Felt like it would overheat.

Easy to carry around and 12 months warranty is your quality worry free plus this company will constantly have your product firmware upgraded.

This gimble camera came at the shadow of DJI, and thats probably why it didn't sell that well. However only judging this device on its own, its a pretty good camera.It does exactly what it suppose to do, with a LOT bigger battery than DJI as well as it came with some standard feature that DJI does not have unless you want to pay more money, such as live stream with your phone and easy wifi file transfer.I heard when it was originally released the software needs a lot of update, but now it seems to be pretty good and I have no complains.Overall a good device, build quality is excellent, very durable, sadly this company probably won't continue the product line because they didnt' sell enough.

Der Snoppa Vmate ist ein mächtiges kleines Ding, das sehr anwenderfreundlich ist.Ich war überrascht, wie winzig diese Kamera ist. Die Cam wurde wie bestellt, zusammen mit einem Etui, einem Ladekabel (USB-C) und einer 128GB SD-Card geliefert. Ein Ladegerät war nicht dabei, aber universelle Ladegeräte besitze ich einige.Ich lud als erstes den Kamera - Akku, und lud auf meinen PC die nötigen Files herunter: Die Smartphone-App, das Manual, die aktuelle Firmware und die Firmware update Anleitung.Der Wisch-/Touchscreen ist super einfach zu bedienen. Ich schoss einige Testfotos, um sie mit meinem anderen Equipment zu vergleichen und war überrascht über die Bildschärfe dieses Kamera-Winzlings.Die 4K-60fps Videos ließen sich auf meinem nicht ganz "taufrischen" PC ruckelfrei abspielen. Auf meinem 4K-TV staunte ich über die Videoqualität.Nach meinem ersten Test musste ich die App + Smartphone Verbindung sehen. Ich habe die App aus dem Google Play Store installiert und die Geräte pairten problemlos.Die Installation eines Firmware-Updates verlief autotomatisch über WLAN.Die Verarbeitungsqualität, Software, Zuverlässigkeit dieser Kamera ist gut. Für die Anwendung auf einem Stativ fehlt das entsprechende Gewinde. Auf dem Zubehörmarkt gibt es aber für wenige EUR eine Stativ-Halterung fürs Smartphone. Weil Am Snoppa-Vmate eine Smartphone Halterung schon dabei ist, kann darüber das Stativ genutzt werden.Die Langzeit Erfahrung zur Zuverlässigkeit kann jetzt noch nicht bewertet werden.Dem Gerät, dem Händler und Amazon gebühren jeweils 5 Sterne!
