Mine definitely didn't include as much as advertised but I made 2 killer loaves of jalapeño cheddar bread with it, added a little all purpose to stretch the second loaf and it was fine

I have been baking bread for just over 50 years. I have used all kinds and brands of flour. This is very good bread flour. It is unbleached and organic. It gives a great taste to bread. It is ground quite fine. I usually mix bread flour and all purpose about 50-50. With this flour, I found I can use 40% with 60% all purpose flour. It adds a flavor to the bread that to me is similar but lighter than whole wheat.

Love the taste and texture of this flour. Great for breads!
