Love the rizers
Love the rizers. it makes doing Zumba a lot of fun. The DVD's for the rizer are great also. Same old moves but, gives your body a better much more of a workout.

Nice workout
It is the perfect size. I keep it under my bed when not in use and I step for a total of 15 minutes during commercials or halftime. I added 15 minutes to my workout day and it was easy. The step itself is sturdy and I feel secure stepping up and down on it. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact step.

Step your way back to a waist...
Works great. I bought this with a few of the Zumba videos and I love it. Within a week of using this my figure began to return. Super easy and fun!Note: I do wish they put a bit more filling in the step, because the sides are hollow. The video tells you to remember to step to the center as you are working out, and I am guessing it being hollow helps you to focus on safe foot placement, but not as great as they think. It is not a deal breaker and I totally recommend this product, just step to the inside and no worries!! It would have been give 5 stars if the sides were more stable!!

Love the neon yellow that is easy to see and avoid tripping over.
LOVE THIS STEP! Very firm to step on but light to move around. Appreciate the hand-hold notches.On a wood floor it is easy to slide the step under a shelf when not using it.Using it while watching TV is nice during snowstorms, so I leave it out for much of the day anyway.I leave a tall chair in front of it just in case a distraction would cause forgetting it was there, and tripping.Too large to fit in luggage but I would bring it during extended visits if I could.

Glad I bought it.
I like this thing. Put off buying it until it went down in price. Its a good height for me, only 4 inches. Any higher and it hurts my knees. Also the stepping surface is larger than I thought it would be. I was doing the Zumba videos on a rectangular step and modifying but now for a couple of moves I won't have too. Easy to store, too. I noticed that it holds up to 300lbs, while as most steps hold up to 250 lbs, so it must be very sturdy.
