Mia Bossi Emma Diaper Bag, Noir

I searched high and low for a cool and good looking diaper bag and this is IT! I pride myself on having good looking baby accessories to match my good looking baby. This bag is totally amazing and adorable. I look like a stylish mom and I am very proud to tote my baby bag around. I get lots of compliments as well, airports, out shopping, at the park. The leather is real, and the bag doesn't stain at all. Oh and, the changing pad is awesome and so fun. He seems to like it so that's all I can ask for, well that and it looks good. Very practical and good looking diaper bag if you are looking for something different. I will say that it also hangs well on your shoulder and I can comfortably carry the baby and the bag with no problems, the straps don't slip. Because its big, it can get heavy so i travel light with it. I haven't figured out yet how to hang it on the stroller like the other mia bossi bags so I shove it under the seat of the stroller. Love love love it and well worth the money, much more so that a lot of the bags on the market.

This bag looks like a designer handbag but the inside is filled with lots of nooks and crannies perfect for holding everything a mother needs for taking baby along.

Incredible diaper bag for two kids. It's a huge bag, which is wgat I needed. Several interior pockets to keep it organized. The orange edging on the bottom of the bag is showing worn signs after a month, which is disappointing.

The handles started to chip. I felt like for a designer bag ,that was so expensive it should be made with better quality.

I really wanted to love this bag. Simple and spacious and doesn't shout "diaper bag" as I already have a couple more traditional diaper bags. When I received it I was appalled by the cheap craftsmanship. Thread ends are sticking out and seams are uneven. But even more disappointing is how GIGANTIC this bag is. It is NOT 15" wide as indicated in the Amazon description. It is more like 20" wide (at the top because of tapering) which is significant for my petite frame. Please be careful about the sizing before you purchase this! I, unfortunately, live internationally and was purchased this bag as a gift. Now I feel a little stuck with yet another, impractical diaper bag.

I bought this bag through their web site as well, not through amazon . I made the order over the phone with them . They said they will send it out in a few days . A week went by and I got nothing . ( their out of Chicago and I'm 45 mins from Chicago!) so they never sent the bag to me ! My husband called and they sent it. I got it a few days later . The listing said " leather" the bag was a cheap vinyl . The bags are used for baby items. Vinyl will rip within a few months ! So I called both numbers that they have. Know one would pick up ! I left many voice mails. They never returned my calls . So I went on their Facebook page and told them I wanted to return this bag ! Someone sends me a message back saying " go ahead and return it". I still haven't gotten any money back from this place !!! This is by far the worst company to deal with !

Please note that I ordered this bag directly from the Mia Bossi site and not through Amazon. I have always had a great experience with Amazon, but Mia Bossi on the other hand has terrible customer service. I ordered the Emma bag and had to return it due to a misleading product description, which is beside the point. I had to pay $20 to send it back with delivery confirmation and the return was signed for on March 4, 2013. It is now April 19th and I still haven't been reimbursed let alone contacted. I have left countless emails and voicemails with the company and nobody has returned any of my emails, phone calls, or reimbursed my credit card... and they kept the returned bag. Terrible terrible terrible company. I couldn't be more disappointed.
