Unpleasant aftertaste
First of all, I'm in love with pumpkin seed oil from this same brand. But tasting this oil - can't get rid of a very superficial aftertaste. I was hoping it'll be more of a concentrated sun-dried tomatoes flavor, but it's more to the "oil going bad" on my palate. Plus with new technologies it's not much of a "first cold press" (as known for olive oils), first extraction is usually the last one. Anyway, I was upset that I paid a lot and didn't like it at all :(Yet to figure out how to use it and mask the flavor... But definitely try the pumpkin seed oil - it's one of the best on the market (again, my palate is picky, and I didn't like the very well known brand in orange bottle, hint hint. This one is much better!).

Unusually excellent taste.
Unusually excellent taste. Not for everybody. I think the best for salads, grains, pastas. Absolutely natural.
