We bought our first one second-hand and during a birthday party, it stopped working - fine, we had a good 5 months with it... it was used after all. Bought a new one for my kids' Christmas present this year and they were excited to see that a new one come from Santa, only to be put together and it was totally inoperable. The pins never reset themselves, the power light never even came on with 2 sets of brand new batteries, the scoreboard couldn't tell even when pins were knocked down. Highly disappointed, especially for my son as this was his "Big" present from Santa this year (Daughter got a bike).After reading some reviews, I am opting to return the product rather than dealing with inept Customer Service from Eastpoint Sports.

i purchased the game from Tradezone. The function that resets the pins does not work. I requested that it be replaced. Tradezone refused to replace it because it was beyond a 30 day return period. It seems that if they sale defective merchandise, it should be replaced or a refund given. I strongly suggest that you stay away from this product and Tradezone.

Got this for my grandsons for Christmas to keep at our house. Love it. First thing they ask to play when they come over!!! They are 4 and 7.

This item was missing parts, after I went out and bought parts to put it together the kids loved it

Item arrived missing several parts. Also the parts that were included were broken! I am attempting to return this item. Rated zero stars.

I love it......I have not had any problems with this toy.....and my nephew can not stop playing with it.

The kids seem to have enjoy the bowling acade game. I bought it for the children's church ministry for the easter event.
