Great little finger exerciser/strengthener. Love that it's adjustable, and that it comes with a couple clips to keep a couple of the plungers down and out of the way so you can work specific fingers more easily. I do wish that it had a way to store the clips -- say, in the base -- when you weren't using them. And I'm a little puzzled why it has five plungers since I really can't ever get all four fingers + my thumb on them all at once. Four plungers would have been enough. But it's well constructed and comfortable to hold. Great little device and the price was good, too.

Very useful finger exerciser! Great for dexterity and warming up your hands/fingers for other types of hand training.I really like the additional plunger unlike similar exercisers that have only four. This allows for correct spacing for different hand widths and the ability to experiment with various dexterity movements at different finger spacings. Adjustable tension for each plunger is brilliant! Although I would desire stronger resistances on the top end there is enough for a noticeable difference in tension. The additional tabs that come with the exerciser is a neat feature as well. allows one to isolate fingers for independent use or if for dexterity you can control which fingers to isolate. Great product! Well made and shipped fast! This device exceeded my expectations as a grip strength expert and hand gripper collector!

I bought it to strengthen and trane my fingers to work independently for guitar playing. It works well for that. Received it quickly and I'm overall satisfied. I would give it 5 stars but the orange cover that fits over the palm side is kind of flimsy and keeps coming off.

It’s an awesome product and definitely helps. I am a beginner guitar player and I originally bought the finger exerciser to increase the strength in my fingers, thumb and grip. I really can feel a difference now and i can press harder on the strings without spending an effort and my barre chords are better now. My grip and thumb became stronger and that's good for guitar holding/thumb chords. As soon as it shipped they sent me this awesome Ibook style exercise sheet which i found really neat and brilliant. I've been using it for almost a month now and the difference is really kicking in. It's easy to carry around and use, i use it everytime i go for a jog and found that it also helps become consistent while jogging. It's an awesome affordable product that helps you a lot so i say yes you should get it if you want a strong hand.

Well made gadget. Good for hand/finger exercises if you're rehab'ing from a hand injury or surgery, or to enhance your finger reach, stretch and strength when learning to play guitar or piano.If you are a bodybuilder or athlete looking to develop a vise-like iron grasp, this is not for you. The strongest settings will challenge normal hands, and help you develop better reach and strength with your fingers, thumb and palm, but not enough for the type of athletics I mentioned in the previous sentence. Might be helpful for sports where finger stretch and hand positioning is important, like golf.

This item was listed as new but it was clearly used. The package is scuffed, open, dirty and the item smells. We have allergies and needed a new item. This is so upsetting to pay a new price for a used item.

Cheap, cheap, cheap. Poor quality. Orange cushion pads on top of each finger spring are glued with inferior glue and either fell off while still in package and/or fell off as soon as packaging was opened up. I do not recommend wasting your time or money on this product. (Made in China.)

I have rheumatoid arthritis in my finger and could hardly hold a glass, could not shake hands, could not write. I have used the Finger Exerciser for 6 weeks and that helped me to get the strength back in my fingers. Important do not press so hard that you feel pain in your finger joints, It takes time, but it WOREKS
