This is great for supporting your ankle while playing sports. It keeps the ankle from wobbling but not too tight and uncomfortable while moving your legs & feet while playing sports. It does not chafe or cause blister. It’s comfortable enough to wear it all day long if needed. Highly recommended for athletes with minor ankle injuries who need to play through the sport season.

I was wearing crocs constantly working around the house n yard. Though they are comfortable my ankle started giving me bad pain. I'm in my 50s and unfortunately don't bounce back from things as quickly as I used to, not sure if its arthritis or what. I got this brace and started wearing lace up combat type boots, and started taking turmeric and joint supplements. The combo definitely helps! The only thing is it stretches out over time, so I'll have to get a new one soon. Oh and I had to paint the velcro tabs, I had a hard time finding them since it's all black. Would be great if they made the tabs in another color.

runs really small. My son has a size 13 foot did not fit. His feet are not abnormally wide in the least. My feet are wide and they didnt fit me either

I'm a chronic ankle sprainer and I wear this all the time during/after recovery and exercise/working out. Easy to adjust/take off with Velcro strap to secure it in place for support.

There are no size options for this item, and they claim that one size fits most and that its adjustable, however I had a difficult time just getting the ankle sleeve part on and it's not as adjustable as it claims to be. The part of the ankle that is supposed to be stabilized has way more wiggle than it should, idk if my calves and ankles are just too thick, but it doesnt do what its supposed too.Also, the under side of the foot part, which is also difficult to get where I wants it, has a lack of grip to the back of the straps that makes walking on tile of hardwood difficult unless ur EXPECTING to slipI'm returning it

I have foot pronation and plantar faciatis. From time to time my foot/ankle needs a a bit of extra support in addition to my orthotics. This does the job nicely. I did remove one of the heavy stays because it rubbed my ankle and made it sore. All's good now.
