White Bread Roll Mix Easy Bake 3.5kg

I have ventured away from the bread machine. Wanted to use my Kenwood and the dough hook. So easy, measure out flour mix, add water and kneed with dough hook. Let it rise, learnt not to let it rise where it’s too warm. Then knock it back, pop it into a deep bread tin, rise again until it high enough in your tin. Then bake. Makes a brilliant loaf without measuring out all the other ingredients. It can all be done if you are home for a few hours, and working etc. The bread is delicious and makes amazing toast. Highly recommend if you want to get away from shop purchased bread.

Excellent loaves and rolls without the drudge of kneading etc. I put a half kilo of mix with 330ml of warm water in my bread machine - on the dough only setting. Then I bake the loaves, or rolls, in the oven for required time (30 / 15 mins respectively). The results are excellent. Only downside for me is that the mix is expensive....but you get what you pay for.

I've never baked bread before but during lockdown this was so handy. My children enjoyed making bread and it was so easy!! We also made the best pizza bases too. Huge bag so worth the money.I think homemade pizza's are the way forward for us as a family having used this!

Very easy to use, the first loaf was made according to the instructions and in a bread machine, very light and airy; subsequently I experimented by adding wholemeal flour in varying proportions, this was successful resulting in a slightly less light loaf. Finally, I made the dough (wholemeal mix) in the machine and baked the loaves in the oven - this produced a lovely crusty, tasty loaf.I have just ordered a second bag - 'nuff said!

We make one 1kg batch into a small loaf and some bread rolls.We started using this when bread was impossible to get hold of at the beginning of lockdown and would never go back to mass produced bread now.This is so easy to use and tastes fabulous - it also has the added bonus of making the house smell nice most days.

This bread mix does well for rolls and for bread tin loaves. It is so easy to use and provides rapidly proved dough. The flour mix is scalable to your particular needs. In lockdown it means we have security of bread supply.

I have ordered Middleton Foods bread mix, which I have ordered several times in the past. That bread mix is excellent, but this time I've been sent McDoguals which is a far poorer mix, but it's too late to return. Very disappointed and I don't understand why my order wasn't as I expected.

I haven't made a tasty bread yet from this mix, it's either too dry or lacks flavour. I try again in case its my mixing though there is little I can change
