I swear by this tea! Unable to take pain killers I generally take this tea for headaches. It is quite effective. I also take it to lower my blood pressure. If I feel like my pressure is off I usually have a cup of this tea and it helps to regulate.

This tea is probably the most relaxing tea I have ever experienced! A wonderful bedtime elixir. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

So I have had so experiences lately with Blood Sugar issues for whatever reason and needed a tea that I can take to help out with it and decided on these. I have for quiet some time now done my research on these and read reviews and after finally trying it for myself, I can say that I believe that the tea is a winner. I had noticed a difference in feeling the days I took the tea from before. I felt better and not so sluggish and more level headed. I would recommend for people to give these a look if they need. Now I must say that these really don't taste good at all, PERIOD! LOL

I use this tea for overall health to aid blood flow and circulatory system. I use this tea as a prevention in order not to having Varicose veins. If you believe in the power of tea and its health benefits ... you should buy this tea.

I suffer from occasional headaches and bought this because it seems like a healthier alternative than Ibuprofen. So far it's worked great, when I feel one coming on I drink this and most the time it'll go away. The only thing is that it has a very pungent flavor but my solution to this is a little honey or chocolate sauce.

Good hot or over ice. I don't add sugar, but you could.

So, it's chrysanthemum tea, and that's about all it is. Given to an aborigine or indigenous person living off the land and not worn out by drugs and processed food, maybe it might have an effect on the vascular system, but for most modern humans, forget it.

I was looking for a tea to help with pain as ive got Glaucoma and been told this may help. so i brought this from here and its great tea worked for me helping me keep on top of my head pain i feel great after 30mins from drinking it. one thing tho i have found with this tea is the taste. but overall GREAT TEA ......

Mix with Jasmin tea and it tastes better still.

I bought this tea primarily to help me with wisdom tooth pain. I have recently had a wisdom tooth infection and my mouth was all swollen and hot. This tea is known in Chinese medicine to have an overall anti inflammatory and cooling effect on the body. It did take an awfully long time to arrive which disappointed me but I am happy with the tea. The first night I had a cup, I had one of the best, most luxurious sleeps of my entire life. This may well have been a coincidence but I do feel calmer, and less "inflamed" after drinking this tea, both physically and emotionally. I will keep drinking it, even if its just a placebo effect, it's working for me :)

The tea is quite bitter which was what I expected with Chinese tea.The longer you leave to steep the stronger it gets.

I was advised to drink this tea before my periods to help with the pain and it did. So why the two stars? The price! It's almost criminal to charge this much for tea bags!!!!! It's back to nurofen for me until they lower the price of this stuff!
