Dimensions Needlecrafts Needlepoint, Koi Pond

Looks a lovely kit although I haven't started it yet. All my other Dimensions kits have been excellent, with one exception but I usually enjoy doing their kits.Edit: got this out to do & it is done in thread, not wool. Also instructions advised to stitch different way to UK tapestry in order not to stretch canvas. Given this to my USA friend as well as the water lily one.I will keep buy only Dimensions cross stitch kits in future as they are excellent. and love stitching them.

I purchased this as it looks very like one of my cats and thought that would make a nice cushion - didn't read it properly when it says it is only 5 inches. I accept that is my fault as it did clearly state the size.I decided to make it up anyway but the pattern printed onto the fabric is too faint to see clearly. That is when I would normally look at the corresponding chart only it isn't really a chart just some shaded areas with no indication of number of stitches or stitch placement. I have now given up on this one as anything I did just looked wrong.

For me too fiddly and the holes are minute. It was a 'rush buy' so just double check size. Comes with instructions which was good and all in all a good package if you can cope with the very small holes

Very good clear instructions, suitable for a beginner. Lovely bright embroidery silks and plenty of them.

Nothing

Just received this and looking forward to getting started. My only concern is that, because the canvas is quite small, the colour screening is often vague and the accompanying chart is cramped.

I don't recommend this as it is not clear on the pattern and the wool is not up to standard as well
