Pins not adequate wrong kind.
Heavy duty well made but the pins are junk and as always the bed is not made for use in damp or wet conditions. Been like that since I was a kid. I will replace it this summer with treated plywood.

came as stated but if you are not going to include even matching size and length hardware don't even bother. An easy fix for any competent individual that would use this product, but just laziness on the manufacturer.

You'll need a drill
Looks and works great but I had to drill larger holes for bolts to fit properly. Lazy design crew.
