CURREXSOLE BIKEPRO LOW SPORT

Insole replacement
Hi all,I purchased that item to replace my insoles in an old pair of road cycling shoes. Before purchasing, you must determine your foot profile ( arch,...), you can find how to do on some websites. These insoles are thicker than the ones already installed when you purchase the shoes, so you must have some gap on the top of your foot. If not, you will not be able to wear your shoes anymore. You have to cut them carefully to fit your shoes, you do not want any edge cut disturbing you while biking.Overall, nice feeling. Takes aroud 200kms to feel confortable.

Sehr empfehlenswert.

Finally! No foot pain!
I have been riding road bikes for many years at a high level of performance, but over time I developed severe metatarsal pain in both feet using cleated shoes. I don't have met-head pain with standing, walking or running long distances, just riding my bike with SDS cleated shoes. Until now, the only thing I found which did not cause me foot pain was wearing Keen cycling sandals, which are comfortable, but the provide very little purchase for spinning on a bike. I have been riding with my Keens for at least five years.Recently, I purchased a new pair of Bontrager SSR Multisport Shoes because I wanted to try a full coverage shoe again and I hoped that the commuter style shoe with a softer upper would not produce the met-head pain/hot spots and I would be able to spin more efficiently (also they would be warmer for fall/winter riding). And...Nope! The met-head hot spots surfaced after about ten miles on the bike.Enter CurrexSole Insoles. Desperate to find something to reduce the pain, I decided to try these insoles. I just got them and just finished a 25 mile hard ride with lots of climbing and fast spinning in my Bontragers. No pain, not even discomfort, no hot spots - a perfect ride. I don't know exactly how they do it, because these insoles are very thin and light - I could easily see using them in low profile racing shoes. They don't feel necessarily cushiony either. Every pedal stroke seems to be efficient with no slop or loss of energy from the shoe/insoles.I've only done the one ride, but I'm pretty convinced that the insoles are responsible for the painfree bliss as they are the only things that have changed in the mix. My initial impression is that they are well worth the fifty bucks!

Great upgrade for cycling shoes
A vast improvement over the stock insoles in my Sidi cycling shoes. The latter were useless and always results in hotspots. These CurrexSole BikePro insoles with low arch support were just what I needed. A little thicker than stock, flatter arch for my duck flat instep and easy to cut to size. I just traced the original over the new insole. Very pleased with the improvement and at a much more reasonable price than much of the competition.

Much better than the SIDI insoles
Just the right level of support and cushion without being bulky. The standard SIDI insoles provide almost no cushioning, are OK for short rides but not for anything longer than 30 miles. The currexSole are comfortable to at least 60 miles (the furthest I've ridden in one session so far)

Very comfortable!
I have been using these for about a month, 4-7 times a week in my indoor cycling shoes (Shimanos). I have really high arches and these have made my cycle classes much more comfortable. I’ve definitely noticed reduced stress on my knees and hip joints. Very happy with the purchase, definitely a great investment!
