I noticed another review mentioned that the light "blew up" when it was plugged in, and when I received my lamp it was pretty clear why that happened. This lamp has the option to be wired into the wall, or plugged into an outlet. If you choose to plug into an outlet, the wires available for wiring into the wall need to be removed prior to plugging it in or you run the risk of them touching each other and causing a short. It's pretty easy to just unscrew the wires, but the lamps come with no instructions telling you to do this. I rated 3 stars mainly for this pretty big safety oversight.As far as the lamps themselves, they're pretty nice looking. Definitely a statement piece. The color is bright white, more on the cooler color side. I got them for my bedroom but will probably move them to my office because they're a bit too bright for the bedroom for my taste. A good lamp for the price all in all!

Did not get to mount the product as it exploded in my hand as soon as I plugged it to the wall to check it works or not. But the quality and material seems like it is top notch. Concept and execution are amazing as well. Hoping for the replacement.Will keep updating...

I had to exchange one I purchased in the first 30 days for not working anymore, and now my other one less than 6 months later has stopped working

These sconces are great. They don't put out a lot of light and it's a bit difficult to install them so read the instructions carefully. But as far as design and looks they're awesome.

Overall I do like the product. I just wish it dat flush against the wall & directions were more detailed.
