Bait and switch box!!
We ordered this for our daughters Frozen themed birthday. When I asked her what she wanted for her birthday she said cereal, yes cereal. Since our trip to Disney it has been my thing to get her Kellog's Princess Cereal and she loves it. I looked to see if there was a frozen version and when I found this Collector's Edition I knew she would love it. This is not what we got, we got the same cereal box you could have got at any grocery store or through amazon. This is a bait and switch!!

Not like Lucky Charms
Kids will only eat the marshmallows. The cereal is a little weird/not like Lucky Charms.

Bland, Unlike "Regular" Lucky Charms, Contains Wheat Flour
This mainly gets 2 stars for being overpriced and bland. The marshmallows are delicious, of course, but they were few and far in between. It was clearly there to see, but my brain was expecting the ingredients to be the same as Lucky Charms, so I didn't notice the wheat flour hidden in the ingredient list. It's the last ingredient before the vitamin ingredients, so is probably a very small amount. Fortunately I shouldn't feel sick too long. I don't have celiac and don't need to worry about gluten. I do follow a special diet for IBS (low FODMAPs) and need to avoid wheat.I wonder why regular Lucky Charms don't use it but the Frozen cereal does? If I was going to eat something with wheat, I can think of a million food items more worth the misery my intestines will endure than this bland cereal.

Let It Go...truly
I grew up poor. Very poor. We ate some form of potatoes every night (powdered or real, if we were blessed enough) to stay alive. I would take anything I ate in those dark times again over this cereal. It.is.disgusting!!!I'm quite the cereal aficionado- I love ALL types. I also love the movie, Frozen. The box was gleaming at me and the marshmallows were calling my name. So I bought it. Yes, the box is still gorgeously gleaming when I get it home. I ate a bite of the cereal and hated myself for swallowing it...except for the marshmallows. Remember now, that I grew up poor. We don't waste around here. I promptly picked out the marshmallows and threw the disgusting corn-type bits away. I ate a 1/2 cup of marshmallows and buried the sweet sisters on the box under a mound of "lightly sweetened" cereal puffs (or whatever)...in the trash. Save your money. Buy some gleaming Frozen stickers instead.
