Smoker is smaller than it appears.

I got this as a starter smoker, to see if I liked the concept before moving "up" to a more expensive one.Did some chicken, a picanha, a brisket, and have used the grill top for hotdogs and hamburgers.The biggest drawback is there is no heat control. The holes at the bottom can't be closed, and the door is I'll fitting allowing even more air in. Heck it's not even the same door that the photos or instructions show. Lol.The other big drawback is that the two drum pieces are screwed together, so you cannot easily access your coals OR your water.The last drawback is the hanging size. There just isn't much room from hook to water. If you're thinking about buying separate hooks as I did, don't bother, they're too big.Overall it's a sad little tiny smoker but does exactly what I wanted it to... It helped me decide that smoking just isn't for me.

This is a really poorly designed smoker. Really hard to assemble and not really functional. I used it once and returned it because how bad it was. I wouldn't recommend buying it.
