Working out is a struggle being a full time mom with a 3 year old super clingy toddler. And she always wanted attention while i am trying to workout at home. So i got an idea to go outdoor working out but j know it will be hard for me to do it. And this leg resistance band solved my problem for leg work out. Now i can work out while watching her while she enjoys playing and makes my workout more effective. I can really feel the pressure on my muscles. I used to to leg work outs with ankle weights and and weights but this one does work better for me.

The reasonI love these bandsso much is that they are thick and sturdy. Couple of times I have ripped or torn a latex band while working out. That will never happen with these bands. They are thick,sturdy and don't slip or roll when using.

I am working on lower body. Don't need to go to the gym because these bands provide plent of resistance for my current needs. I have only used them a week but I think they will hold up. They feel durable and definitely don't roll. Although they do not stretchas much as rubber so they are not suitable for all exercises.
