Not what I expected but still good
Well it was not what I expected. I was looking for a bra liner that adheres to the inside of the bra to absorb sweat. This product is a fabric lined gel pad that cools. It is placed in the bottom of the bra cup with the gel side against the skin. It does cool but it does not stay put very well. Maybe it gets better with practice. They offer the solution of using surgical tape to hold it in place. I will use the balance of the package but probably won't reorder. About the package, there are 8 pads total, not pairs of pads. You can cut them in half but when I did they did not stay in place very well. Oh, they claim the pads only last 6 hours but they do last longer and if you replace the protective liner and put them in a sealed baggy you can use them the next day. I think they are good for special occasions but too expensive for everyday use.

Only used once.
I was getting married in St. Thomas... I happened upon these & bought them on a whim. I'll admit I didn't give them a great test drive, but in the heat of the tropics, these didn't work for me. Maybe in the Midwest? I will try them again & may amend my review.

I hate it.
I only used it one time. It was not comfortable . It did not stay in place. It made me have a worse rash that not using it.Now I have all of these extra one left ( I bought several packs ).

life saver on the golf course
Wasn't sure how these would work but needed something for the hot days on the golf course. I love these things. Helps me stay cool through out an entire 18 hole round. No more sweating under the sports bra. I would highly recommend.

Love these!
These cooling bra inserts are great. Any exertion really makes me perspire, and I hate a clammy, damp bra. These are comfortable, and you can't feel them while wearing them. You might not think they're working, until you realize your bra is still dry! These will last through a full 6 hour day of house cleaning.

Stay away from these they're horrible.
Purchased due to peri-menopausal symptoms. Tried last night. First, it was not cool at all, not at all, and then within about 15 minutes my skin started burning! Not as in a cool burn but really burning. I immediately removed it and looked for the list of ingredients. Guess what - the ingredients are not listed anywhere! Not on the box and there is no literature accompanying the product. I thought that was illegal? I also purchased a "Chillow" and am very happy with that. Stay away from these things, though. Seriously.
