I have purchased 3 sets of these. One for my dually, one for my reg cab and one to replace the ones that fell apart on the reg cab. I didn’t replace the ones on the dually. The covers come off and in the case of my most recent ones the cover and the lense separated from the base when It locked in the bumper. I tried to super glue them and one turned out great and for whatever reason the other one the glue didn’t cure fast enough and stuck to the bag I put it in over night. I probably can’t return them cause I modified them so hopefully I can get the glue on the cosmetic part off with out trashing them chrome. I can’t say I want to buy another set after having all of these sets fail. Super bright and look great until they fail and fall apart. This set didn’t make it on to the truck even

I added these to my truck after getting pulled over from failed license plate lights. They are very bright, and easy to install. Since they are LEDs, that will not likely be a problem ever again. One word of caution: Mine did not come with instructions, so make sure you understand that the connector fits into the standard bulb socket. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out if I wanted to splice wires before I discovered this, but I attribute that to user error.

Super bright, easy as heck to install. Plastic seemed a little brittle so I wouldn’t install them cold (bring em in the house for a bit if you order during winter), but, otherwise they fit perfectly all the way through. Very happy. (Also, these are way brighter than the LEDS I previously had for the same money)

These are very bright and easy to install. The drawback is that these are plastic, which I suppose most of these are. When loading items into my Suburban, When I crawled out I accidental bumped one with my foot (which I didn't even feel) and the plastic mounting spring clip broke and the unit itself fell apart. I was able to glue it back together and then glue it to the step bumper. So far it's holding. These did make it for 3 months before the repair was needed. Will be looking for metal ones should my foot bump them and break them again.

I love how bright these things are, forever I would always buy led light bulbs and use the factory housings. Not anymore these are a game changer. I definitely recommend them. Avoid the bulb change and replace the housing with these you will not be disappointed

I’m not going to bash these too badly- They lasted a year and a half before one burned out. I don’t know, for the price maybe that’s not too bad. Even though they functioned properly and were extremely bright for the time in use, I’m going with something different this go ‘round .

They are simple to connect and instal, just make sure you install it correctly and don't rush!!! its plastic and plastic breaks. Also it helps if you wrap electrical tape to the connector since I'll be hanging on the back water can get in and damage the plug over time posted pics to help (my only dislike was that they are a bit too bright and does seem like it can blind people that are on the rear sides can be fixed by putting light tinted tape on it )

Socket fits in slot good, no worries of it falling out. Light connection fits perfectly in the wire harness, gives great light to plate. You get both sides for the plate in the package.

Had to but hot glue inside to water proof it, so far still bright no flickering after 3 years

Very easy to install, very bright but one of them did not work. I tried the good one on both sides and it was fine but one of the lights doesn’t work at all.
