This is a perfect product.It's simplicity solves an immense problem for those using a cane, for those who need a safe,easily accessible place to put their cane while they're likely standing and want it right next to them.Imagine, in a store or a library, putting the cane aside, and it falls, which almost always happens.The falling cane is noisy, especially inside a library. The worst side of a cane's fall is that it mustbe retrieved. For those who have a bending down difficulty, reaching down for the cane can posea significant problem, even causing a fall.So, great idea. As much a great idea as was the light bulb.No kidding !

This is a great idea. But it's hard to use. I just wanted to be able to hang my cane on my pants pocket for a few minutes to free up my hand. But this holder is designed to clip material or a belt between it and the cane, which makes it hard to hang if you have loose clothing. I'd like something similar, but with about a 1/4" between the cane and the holder so it would slip on easier. It wouldn't be as secure, but I'm not planning on doing anything while it's clipped on other than stand there and pay a store clerk, etc. Maybe I'll try heating it up and see if I can bend the plastic out a bit.

Ok...your having to use a cane because you have a bum knee, ankle, hip, foot....whatever here is the problem when you need to get into your pocket or purse (ladies) what do you do with your cane? You try to rest it up against a counter or something only to gave it go coaching to the ground. Now not only have you banged up your handle but you have to try and get it. With this little guy Al you have to do is clip it onto your cane and instead of leaning it on the counter slip the clip onto your purse, pocket, waist band, etc. and your cane stays right there at your side.

This is a great item. My husband can clip his cane on his pocket to free his hands to unlock a door, pay a bill....basically anything that is easier to do with two hands. He used to have to try to balance it against his body or against a counter. Simple and effective.
