I’ve used these way more than I thought I would have. Every time they’ve helped tremendously. So many different shapes and sizes you never have the need to wish for anything else. I absolutely love how one side is a cloth-like material so you don’t need to grab a paper towel every time when applying to a kid’s head or arm or knee or... Some of my kids chew on these if you turn your back for two seconds, and the bite marks didn’t penetrate the plastic; so I would say they are quite durable. I didn’t think I’d write a review for these but I’m on my couch with two of them on my feet for different reasons and thought I would bang out a review since they are pretty legit. Don’t hesitate to buy these if the price is right. They have held up their end of the bargain several times over the years I’ve had them.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. Worked very well and easy to use. GelPacks work well and last about 20 to minutes out of freezer. Use a soft dish towel if you use them right out of the freezer. Follow heating instructions exactly or they will burst-this hasn’t happened to me, though-just follow instructions.Well made and the 7 pack assortment is perfect for most needs. I had eye surgery and the swelling went done substantially the first 2 days. Definitely a winning product. Plus, register your product and you get an extender 2 year warranty with a discount coupon for further purchases.

Really wanted to love the product. The smaller size of the various packets make them easier to use, but alas, whether they're heated or frozen, the length of the "charge" leaves much to be desired. My experience has been that the gel-like substance in the packets doesn't hold its heat/cold as long as other materials, and it's also likely the reduced mass of the material in the packets reduces the duration of the heat/cold effect you're trying to achieve. If it's cold you want, you're probably better off with a small ice bag or a material that can actually ~freeze~ (vs chill) and if it's heat you want, you're better off with any variety of microwaveable bags filled with rice/corn/whatever that hold the heat for a much longer time.

These fire and ice heat and cold packs arrived quickly. They were very well packaged and they are well-made. The variety of sizes is nice I use the circular one when I injured my thumb. It was perfect size and worked well. I have only use them as ice packs I have not tried to use them as heat packs. I like them a lot and would probably order them again or would order them as gifts.

I followed directions completely heating a little bit at a time and not realizing till one blew up in the microwave which made me check another I had placed in the freezer and it was bad and leaking. Maybe I just got a bad box not sealed well as most reviews are good with just a couple of other leakers. I just can not recommend after this experience. Only tried the two disappointments. They are small which is what I wanted. Too bad. Going back to my old larger ones. They have lasted forever, just need a smaller application. I'll stick with the bulky large for now I guess. Too bad.

These are the perfect size for my hands. I recently had an injury to my hand and these were great. The backing on the one side works well to reduce the extreme cold from your skin until you get used to it. I use that side until it starts to warm up then I flip it. It'll last about 15 minutes. I keep them in freezer all the time!

I think from not doing much of anything physical during shelter in place, my body became even more decrepit than before because I started having daily back and neck pain upon waking up. I started using these and they were very soothing. Not a cure all of course but they definitely helped. My daughter and niece like them too just to hold and touch the cold squishiness =) Wished they were a tad bigger but overall very pleased.
