I love this book. Anyone who has struggled to reconcile spirituality with the empirical world, the world of form, will gain fresh and mind-expanding perspective. The style of writing is lovely and the insights are brilliant. I think many potential readers are put off by the term "quantum physics" in the subtitle, but the concepts here can be grasped by any layman, like myself, due to the clarity of the authors words.

I am eternally grateful for this scientific documentation of what I have believed from a Spiritual perspective for sometime. If you are concerned about the direction national and global events are moving this is a "must read." Dr. Schafer lays out a clear and concise explanation with excellent diagrams how the Cosmos is inviting all of us to use our inner infinite potential to live productively as we discover our purpose in life.

Lothar Schafer began his book presenting an interesting interpretation of the quantum theories. By incorporating Non-Linearity into what is a quintessential "Linear" discipline was for me a refreshing and exciting perspective.Much of his comments that evolved from his perspective were well thought out and presented.His appendix description of the concepts of matter and waves and their relationship was exceptionally well done.Under revision --- my apologies for the forthcoming changes.His preliminary and primary comments are in my opinion, unique and important.It is unfair and improper to dismiss Dr Schafer's very important attempt to consider the quantum state as in primacy.Some of his very extensive additional research and the incorporation of perspectives from many disciplines of which I am less familiar, requires that I withdraw my initial remarks and reconsider the value and importance of this work.I ask for indulgence as I review my initial response.Sincerely,Sid

Terrific book.. Its intense and hard to read.. because dahh.. it's Quantum physics.. But keep it up-- it soaks in somehow I could actually watch the NoVA special on the Cosmos with Brian Greene- and understand it! Its fantastic and inspiring how learning about the natural World thru science like this can draw you closer to spirituality, and our mysterious and mystical world within and around us. It's Beautifully written- I feel i a little window has opened and I made a litle quantum leap !

Good stuff. I liked the detailed writing on trying to make a very complex idea reachable to the "average" person. In the end I think I grasped it, but it was still quite a slog to get through. No offense to the author! It's just a really tough topic to try and convey (quantum physics).

I absolutely love this book. It is the best book on quantum physics that I have read.

This book certainly serves as your end to end explanation of how the world works, and how it all ties together, particularly if you're a curious inquisitive minded individual who's keen on not leaving any stone uncovered on the backend workings of the universe and how quantum physics affects our lives. To adapt this paradigm is really the first step into becoming a new type of human species.However I was a bit disappointed that Lothar didn't provide more practical methods on how to make the concepts outlined in the book really work for us, from the title I was hoping this book to be more action focused rather than theory and leaving things in the maybe zone.

Clearly written, with straightforward logic the book is a milestone in our endeavour to transcend the metaphysics of materialism. By explaining his work with 'quantum chemistry' Lothar Schäfer makes it clear beyond any doubt that there is consciuosness even in the smallest particles - atoms and molecules. A great book!

Really good book so far !

A good explanation of wave theory but I felt it fell short of the mark as regards direction. I thought that It could have done more to involve the Higgs fields potential in regard to wave and particle relationship and the ability to jump from non mass to mass. From thought to materiality, in effect Creation. The book is well written and the author has managed to keep it at a level that is understandable to the average reader.

Ausgehend vom Welle/Teilchen Dualismus und der Quantenmechanik unternimmt Lothar Schäfer eine unglaubliche Argumentation, die von echter Interdisziplinarität geprägt ist, wie sie in der Wissenschaft kaum noch anzutreffen ist. Da kommen Philosophie, Physik, Biologie, Literatur, Anthropologie und Theologie zum Tragen (vermutlich noch mehr) und alles wird so kunstvoll verbunden, dass man wohl sehr viele Dinge, die man als Fakten angenommen hat wieder hinterfragen muss. Was bleibt ist die Freude, die man verspürt, wenn man neue Zusammenhänge verstanden hat und viele lose Enden verbinden konnte.Das Buch ist gut geschrieben, allerdings sind eben doch einige komplexe naturwissenschaftliche Themen dabei, so dass man es etwas aufmerksamer als einen Sommerkrimi lesen muss. Ich hatte es vorher schon als Hörbuch, musste aber dann auf das gedruckte Wort umsteigen.

Excellent book highly recommend reading it just points out how blind, deaf, and dumb we are to what we think we call reality. As scientists delve deeper into the microscopic world down at fundamental particle level, the electron, photons etc. We find that these particles do not behave in any intuitive way, in fact they behave totally counterintuitive, and that's why quantum mechanics was implemented, and still today scientist do not know fully how it works, these particles jump in and out of our reality totally at random, they also change the outcome of any experiment we try to observe, we actually affect the experiment by observing it. The thing is we are made of the very substance we are talking about, so what does that make us!!!

This is a thought provoking book to read i have only given it 4 star as im still reading it .I find i have to read a bit and then digest, well worth the read .
