Chocolate Covered Blueberries 5 pounds

Blueberries, dipped in lavender colored milk chocolate. I feel so elegant eating these divine, round, little beauties. The smooth milk chocolate coating the blueberry, is a thick, triple layer, and each blueberry is quite large, perfectly round, and shiny. Beautiful to look at in a glass bowl.These would make wonderful nibbles for weddings or celebrations of all sorts. Or just treat YOURSELF to something nice.You deserve to sit with a cup of tea, blueberry nibbles, a good book, and a kitty or three,all in cuddle mode.I'll fill a ramekin, about 2/3 full, for my nibble session, slowly enjoying, one at a time, about 30 berries,Which is 5 berries after I overdose, and guilt sets in.The guilt is worth it.The serving is equal to a Hershy bar, I'd guess.Your mileage may vary..I vacuum sealed the 5 pounds. <cough> I can't believe I bought 5 pounds.Anyway, I sealed the 5 pounds into half pound pouches, to keep them as fresh as possible.I plan on each serving, as a once in a while treat, so sealing into smaller packages, to stretch the freshness a few months, is a must.I've used them as garnish with cupcakes, and cheesecake, and decorated sugar cookies with them. Chocolate Blueberries like these are served in Heaven.You will be glad we can buy them here on earth.
