Best compression leggings
I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Iโve tried every compression legging out there, including some up to $200 and I keep coming back to these. Nothing compares. I have lipodemia and struggle with inflammation in my legs. This offers great compression, they are squat proof, they thin out my thighs, give a good booty lift and keeps the tummy flat. While they are thick, they are breathable and I wear them in the FL heat. The smaller the size the greater the compression. Pick the size based on how much compression you want. Iโm 5โ6โ and 140lbs and I buy small for a lot of compression. I bought these in multiple colors and styles. I like the full length black best and have several pairs. It will lose compression over time but for as much as I wear these and for the cost, they are so worth it. When I say they lose compression, that is after weekly wear for over a year. Any brand will lose compression after that much use. Good compression provides better blood flow, and I have more energy for my workouts. It also provides support for my bad knee which feels unstable when I work out. Get the right size and you will love them.

Ordered Three More Today
Updated 2/13/26: The black ones ordered all had thin elastic at the high waist band that was just miserable to the point that I literally cut them out. Kind of took away the reason for having the high waist as they dont stay put now. but I can wear them. The three more I ordered all had the same issue. It was having the 5 total that I decided to cut the elastic out. However, I decided to order another style/color and the grey ones, the camo ones are completely awesome and fit correctly. I must note they were not marked down in price like the black ones. I went back to order another pair recently to work out the ones I have cut and fell for the price reduction again - ordering a pair in grey (thought I was safe on this one) but the style with pockets. No biggie pockets or not and to save some money would be great. They are not great. The manner in which they added the pockets made them add satin stitching from the inner thigh just above the knee over the leg and up the side of the hip where the pockets sit. They stink for comfort as the stitching has no give and cuts into my legs. So even though I would certainly order more as I love the good ones I have, that makes 6 yukkers out of 8 purchased. Not terribly impressed at this point. Original Post: I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, POTS for short. I stopped wearing support hose 40 years ago and could not wear surgical compression hose because both cut me off on my stomach area, which is part of the problem with this syndrome. I stuck to compression socks, which work, but for the needed forced circulation a complete coverage was needed. My daughter has the same issue and her doctor mentioned compression pants/leggings which I did not know existed. After much back and forth looking over my options, I went with my first choice here. In pant size - normally choose a 4X(26-28) because of the waist issue. So I did it here as well and could not be happier. I am 70 years old, and might not wear these out around town, but if I were younger I would they have great coverage. The material reminds me of shorts that cyclists wear to ride their bikes. Thick but not overwhelming at all. Very smooth and no sagging or bagging after all day wear. Tight but easy to get into, I am amazed and pleasantly surprised that the waist fits quite well and is not binding at all. I have had them on all day and have very happy legs indeed. What's best is that I do not have the binding of the sock cutting into my under knee anymore. I have done my housework, laundry and sat at my sewing machine for three hours without issue or swelling. This is a first for me to post pics of myself but I want the everyday woman to see that she too can wear them if desired! Ordered three more pair today.

Great compression. Would purchase again.
Update: The price increase on these in the past year is ludicrous! I would purchase again, but the price gouging is not ok. Such a shame. I have multiple health issues and need to wear medical grade compression daily. While these are not the same strength as my medical compression garments, they do provide enough compression for wearing for shorter periods of time. I definitely would recommend! I typically wear a size 4-6 in jeans, and the small in these was great! I'm used to high compression garments, so putting them on was no issue, and the waist fit correctly with no spilling over. At 5'4" they are a bit long on me. I purchased them on sale, and I think they were worth it for the sale price. For me, these have much better compression than the Under Amour "compression" leggings, and are much more affordable. They have a very similar level of compression to the Marena compression leggings, but are WAY cheaper, and so far - much more durable. The material is sturdy and not see through. I've worn and washed them several times without issue. I wash on cold, "hand wash" cycle, in a laundry bag to prevent snags in the wash, and hang to dry, like all my other medical compression garments.

Supportive, flattering, and actually comfortable!
Iโm very picky about compression leggings, but these honestly exceeded my expectations. They give that snug, supportive feel without being uncomfortable or hard to move in. The high waist provides great tummy control and really smooths everything out, which makes me feel more confident whether Iโm working out or just running errands. The fabric is soft, breathable, and truly sweat-wicking. Iโve worn them for workouts, travel days, and even lounging, and they stay comfortable the whole time with no chafing. I also love that theyโre completely non-see-through. I can squat and bend without worrying at all. They hold their shape well after washing and still feel just as supportive. If you prefer a less tight fit, I do recommend sizing up, but the compression is perfect if you like that sculpted, held-in feeling. These leggings are supportive, flattering, and versatile. Definitely a staple for active days or whenever I want to feel put together and comfortable.

Is blood flow really important?
So let me tell you a story.... I have noticed a lot of swelling in my ankles and legs lately from pregnancy. As a former Med Tech I knew that the go to treatment for edema is compression therapy. Most of my career I've been the equivalent of a floor nurse so I've worn compression socks and they work wonderfully. So I venture to Amazon and research the absolute best compression leggings they sell. After reading up on different brands I decided on "CompressionZ". Little did I know that these bad boys mean business. They bring a whole new take on the term "fits like a glove". When I unpackaged these suckers I thought I ordered the wrong size. They looked like they'd fit a 5 year old - I double checked and sure enough I ordered the right size. I didn't think much of it - spandex can do wonders judging by some of the not so clad women in Walmart. At least I bought the "non-see through leggings with a money back guarantee"... Well honey let me tell you what... it took me 20 minutes, a step stool, and just short of a miracle from God for me to get my left leg into these leggings. I had second thoughts and was about to back out but I was determined ๐ฌ I even thought about lubing my right leg with a slick coating of petroleum jelly to help accomplish the goal... but decided to just do it โ I took a deep breath and prepared.... 20 minutes later I successfully had both legs in up to my hip. I thought the worst was over... I took a sigh of relief... but man was I wrong. ๐ I have two hips and a rather round backside region... After laying on the bed and almost passing out holding my breath the leggings waved a white flag and alas! I won the victory. I stood up and tried to move... I felt the circulation slowly exit my lower legs and I lost feeling in my right pinky toe. My ankles looked like inverted muffin tops where the leggings stopped. But hey, they were on! I went back to Amazon to read up on these 5 star rated leggings to see if I had missed anything... apparently they even prevent deep vein thrombosis! Hey! If you have thrombosis just remove all blood content and circulation and BAM! Problem solved! I must have read over the review that suggested customers to purchase 2 sizes larger than normal... I can say that it was satisfying to peel back the leggings and slowly roll them down my legs as I felt the feeling come back... I can now relate to a can of popped biscuits. My muscles felt rejuvenated as well, probably due to the newly flowing blood. Moral of the story - ladies, if you want cellulite reducing, firming leggings that prevent deep vein thrombosis and take away the ability for you to feel your lower extremities... look no further. I couldn't keep them on long enough to benefit from the compression to treat the edema as I feared eventual permanent paralysis... but feel free to try!

These are the best compression pants EVER! Beat Under Armour and Nike any day!!!
Thank you CompressionZ for outdoing yourselves on a product that far outweighs all your competitors! If I could rate you 10 stars I would! I love these pants! I bought 2 pairs about 3 years ago and ordered 3 more just a few months ago. I have bad vein and circulation issues in my legs, so compression is a way of life for me. And being prior military I like to stay active! My legs never ache during or after a workout due to these pants. I like the capri length and LOVE LOVE LOVE the full length. These are by far the best workout legging I have found! They hold everything in place and smooth out every bump and ripple. Sometimes I even wear them as regular leggings with sweaters in the winter as they shape and smooth better than my Spanx do! Yes, you read that right. BETTER THAN SPANX!!!! And they hold up. Some workout pants become see through in the backside area after some wear and washes (forget kettle-bell swings or deep squats). Not these pants, they have never given anything away or shown a pantie pattern. As far as quality goes these are by far superior to the compression options offered by Under Armour or Nike and are half the price! You want them tight for the compression, I am 5'6" and weigh 156 lbs and the mediums fit me like a glove! They do run snug and high at the waist, but thats a good thing as they never shift or pull during any workout be it Plyo, bootcamp, yoga, or hiking. If you carry more weight around your mid-section then I would go for the Large. You will still have firm compression on your legs, and they will smooth out your ripples and bulge, but it wont be that tight compression. Try these pants you will not be disappointed.

Not great for curvy pear-shaped gals.
Using the size chart, I ordered the Medium size first. They are too big on me. I think this is because I have a pear-shaped body with a small waist, wide hips/ample butt and thin calves. They look great, but I am constantly pulling them up on my waist because they slip down. I thought sizing down would solve this problem, and I have to admit, they fit much tighter in the calves and waist, but they don't cover my butt enough. The smaller size shows my butt crack if I bend over because they just don't come high enough in the back. I don't have to pull them up, but they are also just a little too tight. For example, I got bruises on both knees the other day when I wore them to the gym to work out on the recumbent bike. They just felt too damn tight on my patellas (knee caps) and it didn't matter how I adjusted the material, they put too much pressure on my knees. At least the mediums don't do this ... they just also don't provide much compression for me. These workout pants are probably best for less-curvy women than myself. For reference, I am 5'6" and 120 lbs, size 2-4, though they fit the same when I first ordered both sizes at 128 lbs, which is a solid size 6. As far as the length goes, both pairs are about 2" too long for me. I do like the material. It is very breathable. In fact I would say that these are not good for insulation in winter unless they are underneath something else, as the breeze blows right through them. I almost feel naked wearing them outside if it's breezy. So I bet they would be awesome in summer.

So comfy!
I sized up as the measurements were hard for me to figure out - and I am always worried that things will be too small. I know they are returnable but I wanted to wear them. I am keeping them even tho they are not adding any compression - because they are now comfy leggings. I will order another pair later in a smaller size.

These are great, really comfortable to wear
These are great, really comfortable to wear, enough elastic in the waistband so they don't constantly fall down and they keep their shape all day. I would be slightly wary of the sizes as other users have posted in their own reviews - I'm usually an 8-10 and ordered a medium and they fit fine. Fast delivery and good price to boot!

Fantastisch
