These are incredibly convenient to keep in a purse, pocket, desk drawer, or travel bag. The individual packets make it easy to have them on hand whenever a surprise ice cream cone, pizza night, or cheesy restaurant meal appears on the horizon. They work just as well as the larger bottles I've used, and I like not having to carry around a whole container when I'm away from home. The packets are small, easy to open, and perfect for travel. As someone who enjoys dairy a little more than dairy enjoys me, these have been a lifesaver. They help me enjoy foods I would otherwise think twice about, without the unpleasant aftermath. The only downside is that the individual packaging creates a bit more waste than a standard bottle, but the convenience is hard to beat. I'd definitely buy these again for trips, work, and keeping a few emergency dairy-defense packets handy.

I’ve been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and my dad was a dairy farmer, so a lot of milk throughout the years. We used to buy the drops, but they’ve become hard harder to find and now that I’m older and on my own, I don’t usually have milk for cooking more so than drinking. I like the fact that I can take usually two pills and I’m good for 30 to 45 minutes if I want to have a milkshake or have a glass of milk with something or a bowl of cereal. The individual packets make it super easy to travel with them, which is very nice. Both the drops and the pills have zero flavor and work very well

No more lactose problems for me! Yeaaaah!! Thank goodness I discovered this product. I love cheese, milk and all dairy…unfortunately as I’ve gotten older, I could no longer eat anything that had dairy products in it. If I did, I paid a big price the next day! A friend suggested Lactaid pills and it’s like a miracle. Now I can eat cheese again, have a glass of milk, and not have to do without things I like to eat. I take one Lactaid caplet before I start eating and that’s it! No more problems the next morning. Traveling and going out for dinner is fun again.

Pills are small and easy to swallow. No discomfort felt after taking one pill with dairy ingredients. Price, however, is not too friendly. Generic brand is about half the price in store.

I can eat dairy with no worry of bloating or digestive issues. So easy to carry these individual packets around too pop in your mouth just before eating any dairy ingredients.

Discovered this when I was on holiday. It has given me the opportunity to have cheat days with lactose foods. All you do is take a tablet while you’re eating and follow up with another one if necessary. With so many food items containing dairy it’s allowed me to eat them again.

Didn’t work for my daughter but I know some people lactase doesn’t work for. Was able to give to a friend who they do work for.
