It's my fault, I didn't really check the capacity of this shaker. It looks so big in the picture and sounds big at 25 ounces. However, the one I had, which I thought was too small is the same size! So when it came I was shocked that it was no bigger than the one I already had. Like I said, my fault for not checking the ounces before buying. Also the material is not as sturdy as the one I have that I bought years ago and has been used many times. I don't think this one will hold up very well, without bending or denting.I wanted to send it back, however you have to pay for return shipping (over $6) so I am keeping, not worth the money loss. Maybe I will send it to son who works in the coal mines, he might like it.UPDATE:05/7/2016I decided to go ahead and try this shaker to see how I would like it. It has held up very well and I find I actually like this one better than my old one because it comes apart much easier than my old one. I have to take a knife to hit my old one to get the top off once it gets cold from the ice. The Ice Coals has a ridge around the top so it makes it easier to grip and remove.So, I am upgrading my review to five stars.

The lid does not easily fit onto the shaker. I don't know if it's the lid or the cup that is misshapen, but it takes some twisting and a lot of patience to get the lid on. And as one other reviewer pointed out, it also leaks when being shaken. Poor quality on this cocktail shaker. Someone at Goodwill might take it!

The shaker gets extremely cold when shaking drinks with the ice. You can't hold it very long or you will freeze your hands.

The product itself seems fine. However, if you are purchasing as a gift, you might want to pass. The shaker came in an unmarked, flimsy paper box (a bit crunched, although product inside was fine), as though it were something part of a larger set that was marked "not for individual sale." Very, very disappointing. I cannot wrap this and give it. Consequently, it will be going back.

I am a reviewer from amazon review trader and i recieved this product at a slight discount. I just received this today. The package is in good condition. Its a 2 piece product. I am happy with the quality of it and it works well. No leakage.

This is a great shaker. It is a bit thinner than my previous shaker, but lid stays tight when shaken, and I CAN GET THE LID OFF WHEN TIME TO MAKE MORE! I can easily shake 2 doubles, or 4 regular lemon drop drinks at one time, so nobody has to wait. Nice shaker.
