For personalization: When you add the flag to your cart choose that it is a gift. Proceed to checkout and in the "Free Gift Message Box" enter your personalization there. For this flag there is a maximum of 12 characters. Besides the letters a character also includes spacing and punctuation. How you type it is how it will appear (all caps or upper and lower case). If this is a gift add that message also and only the message will appear on the packing slip.
