Taste great and filling with plenty of protein.

Admittedly there’s a modicum of nostalgia of me when it comes to these bars, I can remember my high school football coach selling these for a dollar along with Gatorade protein shakes (this would’ve been 2015-16). So they were my first foray into the protein supplement realm. Here we are a decade later and I’ve tried a few others and can look at these objectively, ironically they still are by a significant margin the best value in the protein bar segment, especially when you can get them on sale as often as they are (a box of 12 can be had for 15-19 dollars… got 3 of them) they are quite filling too and are still better tasting to me than the other bars and pastries I’ve tried (Pure Protein, David’s, Musashi, legendary, Met-RX ) still trying others though… however most of us aren’t looking for the absolute best tasting item when looking for a protein bar. We are trying to hit macros and that’s where it falls short and when some of the better bars are on sale I get those instead. These get 5 stars for being a fantastic value(even not on sale it’s a good value), keeping you satisfied and tasting great still after all these years hats off to Gatorade not changing the formula and ruining it

I lost about 50 pounds over the last 6 weeks when my kidneys failed. I'm diabetic and now on a renal diet. These bars are made so that they fit into those diets parameters. Others I've tried had too much sugar, potassium etc. They fulfill my sweet tooth and will help me achieve my goal of 120 grams of protein daily. I recommend these for anyone.

these are the best tasting protien bars out there , but high in calorie and sugar . but love them
