Bought a pack of two. One I was able to install and setup very quickly without any issues. But the second one had lot of issues. Detection was accurate and to the point. I will have Peace of mind now since each corner of house is covered now. Value for money 9/10.

Ring Alarm Motion Detector works perfectly with SmartThings Hub v2. Very easy to setup. Add device by scan QR Code, remove small piece of plastic to activate battery, press button for 5 seconds. when you release the button, it flash really quick during pairing with SmartThings Hub. it should show up as Z-Wave device when is done.

Needed more motion sensors. Easy set up. I used the tape and also drilled in one of the holes as an extra precaution. Great range. No issues.

Easy and Quick install!

Works well with the Ring system. Good sensitivity. Only problem is the adhesive doesn’t always hold well. Needed to use some two sided adhesive strips to make sure it stayed up. Otherwise it would get 5 stars.

Works as expected, no long term issues after two years in service.
