DO NOT BUY!
The rack system to hold the bikes themselves is great but this add on to hold the front tires is worthless. I ordered two packs of these (4 holders) early in the season but when I tried to install them a few months later I ran into several issues. First, the entire top rail attachments with all the tie downs for the bikes must be removed in order to raise and lower the camper top. This requires tools and patience so don't be in a hurry to set up or tear down your camp site. Secondly, even if you were able to attach these holders, it makes it very difficult to attach the tie downs for the bikes as the front tires are in the way. My recommendation is to only buy the rack system and not these holders.Instead, put the front tires inside your popup or tied onto the front near the trailer hitch. I now have over $100 in useless holders with one set still in an unopened box but the company will not take a return as I had them too long before I tried them.

Great rack system we took 4 bikes from Miami Fl. to Canada w/no problems many other short trips after that one , we love it.

It works for the job it was designed.
It works. There is a lot of shake and vibration in the whole thing at 65 mph.
