Spirulina Is A SUPERFOOD, So That's Another Reason I Love It!
I love Spirulina and I think it's AWESOME that it's a SUPERFOOD! It has 60% protein and contains all of the essential amino acids that our body needs. I don't eat meat and I know I need the protein, so that's where Spirulina comes in and gives me all the protein I need! It also has other nutrients, like vitamins and minerals, including beta carotene, vitamin E, vitamin C, iron, zinc, potassium, magnesium and calcium. I've been taking Spirulina for many years and I feel that it has helped boost my immune system! I've also read on Amazing Wellness Magazine that Spirulina helps to stimulate the pineal gland and helps to remove calcium deposits, so that's another reason that I take Spirulina on a daily basis. I like this bag of Spirulina
I like this bag of Spirulina. It is resealable and the tablets are pretty much what you'd expect from a Spirulina tablet. I take them and so does my dog. I recommend them to everyone. There are so many benefits of these. The main benefits are all the extra nutrients you'll get from just taking a few of these each day. I received a little discount for these in exchange of trying them out for a while and writing an honest review. I've used these for about 1 month now and no complaints whatsoever.
