While I liked the idea of the Vitamin E oil on the gums and the pre-filled forms for no mess, I really didn't see much of a difference in my teeth after using all three of them, spaced one day apart as the instructions note. They seemed "brighter" but not "whiter" to me. I have sensitive teeth and was pleased to report that after the first treatment, I had no pain, I had a small amount of pain the second treatment and no pain or tooth sensitivity on the third treatment. The forms in my mouth were very clunky and made me gag a little because of the texture (thick) and taste. Thankfully you only need to keep them in 15 minutes. Believe me, I was watching the clock count down. It's not worth the money in my opinion. My teeth are not even that yellow to begin with, so it's a little disappointing. Perhaps you need really yellow/brown teeth in order to appreciate the results? Not sure. Maybe your natural teeth can only get so white.

Does not change much. Since I have never whiten teeth before, I used the product every other day for three times and each time for 30 minutes. But is not so effective.

Product came on time, well most of it anyway. The package was missing one of the trays as well as the vitamin E swabs that were supposed to be there. Overall very disappointed that I paid full price for half the promised product.

I bought these a month ago. I did all 3 and my teeth have never been whiter. Highly recommend.

Do not buy,do not bother. So many problems,does not whiten at all. Even bought 2 packages and still did not work. Customer service is useless and does not care,does not help and refuses to refund.

Only have done one and plan on doing the next one today... already seeing such a difference! Great product!!!
