Great Buy!
I can't believe it. Perfect for my needs. Under $100.00 and free shipping for a 40lb item that arrived on the third day after order. I assembled it in about one hour and fifteen minutes by myself and it was overall simple and easy. However one of the bolts that attaches the handlebar to the frame was very difficult to install because of a machining defect in the threads in the frame and took about 30 minutes to install with the aid of a vice-grip and WD40. If not for that it would have been assembled in 30-40 minutes. There was also a washer missing from the seat assembly but that was easily replaced. The assembled bike is very stable and comfortable. I did get the gel seat as recommended by other reviewers. I bought this for my wife who just had shoulder surgery and couldn't use our Air-Dyne or treadmill because of the movement. She actually sent me looking for one of those stands to make your bicycle stationary when I saw this. It takes up much less room than a standard bike and you can store it in a closet. I'm 5'10" and it's almost too small for me but my wife is 5'4" and it's a perfect fit on the lowest seat setting.I'm back 4 years later and we're still using this bike. It's been easily transported in the back seat of a car. Still good feelings about it. The only negative I've noticed is the tension on the wheel which I have set to the maximum resistance could be greater.

Great Value
I review everything extensively before purchasing. I finally decided that the price was right for this item. It was easy to assemble, much more solid than I expected, and it has a small footprint. The bike is fairly quiet and does not interfere with watching TV, etc. Though a bit awkward, I can easily move the bike as needed. Bearing in mind that I wanted something for casual home workouts, and that I am by no means a fitness junkie, I found this to be well worth the price. The OEM seat is a bit too hard and does not cush-the-tush at all, so I bought an inexpensive ($20) gel seat. It was the perfect solution. There are 10 fitness levels to choose from and they seem tough enough. It'll be years before I make it to level 10, if ever. If you are a hardcore workout junkie, this may not be the bike for you, but if you want a small bike that offers a moderate workout - go for it.

not bad for the price and size
I was looking for something that didn't take up too much of my limited apartment space and didn't cost a fortune, because I wasn't sure how often I would use it.It arrived, box damaged from shipping but didn't look too bad. Upon opening it up, and counting out the pieces I was short some washers and a couple of bolts. I immediately called Customer Service on the manual and was told the missing items would ship the next day. I waited... waited... waited, 2 weeks, nothing, (customer service = shady) tired of waiting got the parts I needed at the hardware store. It was simple to put together, maybe 20 minutes, but then again I used my own tools and I'm pretty handy. The bike itself is more sturdy than I imagined it would be. The resistance levels are pretty good, I'll be able to work my way up. It's not as quiet as some prevoious reviews led me to believe but it's not what I would call loud (I'm pretty sure my downstairs neighbor doesn't hear it).The cable that is supposed to run through the center and connect to the display was pulled almost all the way out of the center bar and I had no way of threading it back through so I finished pulling it out (I now have to buy some adhesive cable tie mounts so the cable doesn't get caught while using it). I'm not a fan of the display but it serves it's purpose. I wish I could lower the seat a tiny bit more, I'm 5' 4" and I'd probably be able to use it longer if the seat was lower. Speaking of the seat, UGH, super uncomfortable, I'm looking for a gel pad that will fit.Overall, for the size and price, I can't complain too much, you do get what you pay for and it serves it's current purpose.
