Nice activity book
Fun activities, wipes clean easily, keeps the little guy busy. He can’t yet read, a lot of the activities require that so it requires a little more parent involvement than you’d like for a church quiet activity. Great for those who can read though.

Fun!
Bumper Wipe Clean Activities was a huge hit with my little year sister, in the car, at church and during Bible time but especially on Sundays! we are always looking for Bible relate activities to fill up Sundays!. She loves it, and has played and played with it. we also got one for a friends little girl. Sunday schools should have these for the kids. Also baby sitters! This is the cute little book your child will enjoy using, washing off and doing it all over again. The wipe clean activities are adorable for the kids to do. This is an awesome idea for a children's book.My sister has enjoyed the matching, tracing, going through the mazes, and all of the other activities, and the awesome thing about this is that they can wipe the page clean, and start over again! It made us look at the Bible to read the stories that went with the pages.Need activities to keep children quiet in the car, or maybe an appointment? This is the book you need. It is hours of fun for young children, I would have one for each child, and they can do their own thing while you enjoy the peace and quiet, such on a road trip!I received this book from the publisher Kregel to read and review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 55.My five-year-old thoroughly enjoyed working on this book. It kept her entertained on a car trip, and my three-year-old friend enjoyed it too. It is a colorful book filled with lots of activities. Most are based on Bible stories. The pages wipe clean easily, though the pen didn't stay wet very long.My sister couldn't wait to open this book when it came in the mail and begged me to give it to her.The pages are very easy to wipe off and come clean with very little effort. There are different activities inside, like finding same/different and puzzles and dot-to-dots, along with many more. The pen comes with the book and stays nicely in it's pen holderThis is my second review as the first got lost!

Bible Activities for Toddlers/Preschoolers
One of my newest favorite activity books for kids is Bumper Wipe Clean Activities by Juliet David. This handy little book is a collection of mazes, hidden objects, letter and number writing practice, dot to dot, matching pairs and much much more. The illustrations by Marie Allen are friendly, colorful and full of whimsy! Each bright page attracts a young reader's attention, yet the book is presented with simple enough instructions that an older toddler or preschooler can easily enjoy the activities. And the best part is - it's a dry-erase book, so the drawings can be erased and the book used over and over again! One dry-erase pen is included with the book, but don't feel limited to just one color. Most good quality felt-tip pens and crayons can be used with no problem! The Bible stories presented start with the Old Testament and cover everything from Creation to Moses to Naaman to Jonah. New Testament stories included are the birth of Jesus, Jesus' parables and miracles, and Zacchaeus. The 67 pages of activities contained in this little volume make it a great book to turn to when you need something to keep a little one entertained for awhile. I could see it as a great resource to use while traveling or maybe during church while a child is learning how to sit through a service. My two and a half year old is a little young to understand most of the activities in this book, but the beauty of the pages being reusable is that he can grow into them!Disclosure: I was sent a sample copy of this book to review from Kregel Publications. All views expressed are my own.

Educational and portable fun!
My testing panel consisted of three subjects: 6 year old girl [the audience I had intended for this book], 8 year old girl and 10 year old boy. I brought out the book one afternoon for my 6 year old. I was curious what she would think of it. She was the right age for being able to read the directions herself but I wondered if she might think the activities were too easy.I was very surprised at how long she played with it. The marker was perfect for small hands and it had a nice fine tip so that you didn't get way too much ink on the page. She kept a tissue handy and just wiped the pages clean after she had completed them. As she was working her 8 and 10 year old siblings had gathered around and were watching over her shoulder and both eagerly waiting for a turn.My eight year old skipped around doing some of the same pages as her sister but also wanting to do some new ones. When she passed it off to her older brother, he started to get really creative. He pretty much ignored the activity itself (dot to dot or matching) and just found Bible characters throughout the book that he could "embellish" with the included marker. So several people had big hair or a new satchel hanging around their neck. Robes decorated and props drawn in. And all of it, good clean fun!My six year old has taken the book along to church (nice quiet activity!), in the car as we travel to various activities, and most recently along to the park where she met a friend. Because the book is reusable, she could let her friend play with it as much as she wanted without using it up--with a quick swipe of a tissue, it's all brand new again. I love that the nature of the book encourages sharing.Inside the book cover, the pages are spiral bound so that they lay completely flat. Makes it very easy for youngsters to work on. And the book is sturdy enough to do in your lap so it can go everywhere with your child. An elastic band holds the pen in place so you'll easily be able to keep it with the book, ready to use at any moment.I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun my kids had with this book. There are a good variety of activities that even younger children than mine will enjoy. Parents may need to read the directions to younger kids, but that's a win-win: spending time with your child and helping them gain fine motor as well as reasoning skills. Not to mention reinforcing Bible stories as they work.
