We are proud to introduce this 13" enamel light cast iron wok with nonstick interior that we believe is the ultimate wok for healthy cooking. The wok is incredibly versatile and can be used to create a flavorful stir-fry, or steam your favorite veggies and seafood. Light Cast Iron provides all the benefits of cooking with regular cast iron, without the extra weight. Nonstick interior allows you to cook healthily with little oils or fats. Surface also makes for easy cleanup. Sloping sides increases surface area, allowing you to cook at high speeds without spilling. Removable wire rack sits low in the wok, allowing you to steam food in a bowl up to 3" tall. The silicone handle, embossed with the Steamy Kitchen logo, provides a sturdy grip while keeping your hands cool. not too heavy like other cast iron cookwares
Works very well on my induction cooktop, not too heavy like other cast iron cookwares. Easy to clean. A bit too large, hope they can have a 9 in wok for small family.
