First of all, I'm a major honey fan, so this product automatically caught my attention. After looking into the ingredients, as well as the reviews, I decided to give it a shot during my half marathon run. I used 3 of these packets to get me through, and wow! Fantastic taste, super portable (put them in my running vest pockets), and easy to tear open. Most importantly, not once did I feel like I was going to crash. My energy levels stayed steady, and the contents didn't negatively affect my digestive system at all. I'm very pleased with this energy gel, and I look forward to continue using it in my future running events. Thanks! :)

I bought these after running my first half marathon and running out of gas mid-run. These have been a good addition to my long runs. They don't upset my stomach and they taste fine. They are a little thick, but easy enough to swallow/digest mid-run. I use one every five miles or so and I've found them to give me enough energy to get through without issues.

My favorite gel when I need something affordable that still does what I need it to do. I prefer these over other brands because they don’t feel as viscous or overly sweet. I’ve used these in warm conditions and cold weather and in both scenarios, the gel is easy to consume and sits well in my stomach.

The taste is excellent and I’ve found these are the only ones that don’t upset my stomach, but they’re pretty sticky which isn’t ideal when on the go.

Great value when buying as a pack. The taste is exceptionally good but that's a secondary consideration when being used on the go. Great for a mid run pick-me-up when you're 30/60 mins into a run. This provides a noticeable boost to the the second half of my run, and I generally cut my overall average by 10seconds per mile once this kicks in. Would advise using this with water as it will coat your tongue and mouth with it's viscous consistency. Overall a great item to have in your pocket for a run.

We love these for endurance training. Tastes great, clean ingredients and quick acting.

This is the second time I’ve received this product due to packaging issues. The first order arrived with the box already open and damaged, and one gel had popped and leaked inside the bag. Amazon replaced it, but the second shipment also arrived with the box ripped at the bottom. Thankfully, none of the gels were damaged this time. The product itself is great, but the packaging and shipping protection definitely need improvement. I would still buy them again because they work well, but I hope the seller addresses the packaging quality.

I'm amazed! I tried these today on an aggressive trail training for a trail 10k. I'm soon to be 66 years old and started running 4 months ago (after brisk walking for a year). At 3 miles in I downed 3/4th of a tube and after a few minutes I had MUCH more energy. I simply ran stronger for another half hour. I'm sold. I will keep these on me every time I run (which is every other day). The taste was SWEET and a little different but not in a negative way -- I'm just not used to it. A hearty 5 stars from 'ol Cosmos.

My kids and their friends use these products before and after hockey practices and games. They really work and keep them from bonking. Especially right after a game when they are tired, hungry and grumpy. No more attitude on the way home from these teens! One of the boxes came damaged, Amazon has a no return / exchange policy for food which is understandable so I reached out to Honey Stinger Customer service, and asked if there was anything they could do. They reply super fast and gave me a great solution that totally made up for the damaged goods. Great customer service, super tasty, product works. Will definitely buy again.
