PHD ACAI CLEANSE & DETOX

This does work as a colon cleanse. I was using it in combination with garcinia cambogia and have not lost weight.

I am 28 years old and thought it was a good idea to do a cleanse. This is my first attempt with pills. Been on this cleanse for 8days. Up to taking 3 a day now with a lot of water. I workout and run alot and I love to eat :) my experience with this product has its ups and downs. On the up side I know I'm flushing toxins out due to the trips to the bathroom. Like 5-6 times a day. Down side. Its unpredictable when it wants to kick in lol. Your stomach will hurt bad and that's about it. I will finish the 15 day cleansing. But I won't recommend this product to anyone.. I will stick with hot Tea twice a day ;)

I have tried blessed herbs with the 8-10 fasted days colon cleanse kit which costs nearly 100 dollars. This pills form is by far is the easiest and felt the results were much better. I take two pills first thing in the morning and generally I would get a slight uncomfortable cramps about 2-3 pm. This is an indication where you need to use the restroom. Do not try to fight it because it will simply just make you even more uncomfortable. I have been using this product for awhile and I am now soon to be on my second bottle.I don't personally think it helps you lose weigh, but you will feel ten times better after you use the restroom about 2-3 times per day.

I followed the directions and this product just didn't do anything for me. Yes. I'm working out. Yes. I'm eating clean. I just didn't feel or see any changes with this product. I don't think that I would buy it again.

I will be using and buying this again. I only would like to say if your a big guy (like me)...u may need to increase dosage...but this stuff works and its a gentle process....

So far so good. I have been taking it for a week or so and have noticed regularity and some weight loss. Still early to tell.
