Shane is very thorough in taking you through the most necessary aspects of what it takes in order to succeed as an accountant in a very pragmatic way. His sense of humour coupled with his genius insight allows you to see just how enjoyable and valuable it should be to call yourself an accountant when the best tools and knowledge are available to you - starting with this book!I rarely write reviews and I'm often skeptical of books which appear as though they overpromise but underdeliver. This book, however, does exactly the opposite. This book was recommended to me, and although the title seems relatively unassuming, the contents are incredibly inspiring and more importantly - REPLICABLE.One of my biggest takeaways from this book is that the decision to revolutionise my accounting practice and change the lives of my family and clients' ultimately lies with me - which makes it a no brainer considering the tools Shane and his team are able to equip me with.If you are unsure about whether to buy this book - go ahead and do it! The fact you're reading this review is already evident that you are at least fairly serious about getting value for money - and this is worth its weight in gold.

Grateful to have met Shane a few years back at Accountex. Attended the AVN masterclass in March this year. Was very excited to hear about his new book. It's a fantastic guide and has so much packed into it. It will no doubt provide immense value to my accounting practice. Highly recommend it.

Without exaggeration this is probably the best book I read in 2019. I was drifting as an accountant and not really sure how to move forward. I wasn't making the money I wanted nor working with clients I wanted to. However upon reading Shane's book I realised where I was going wrong and what I needed to do to change things.If you're an Accountant and you want to make changes and not only help yourself but your clients then this is the book to read.

Love the blueprint described in the book and i'm starting to implement ideas from it already. Lots of bookmarks to refer back to.Thank you Shane
