Solid, Comprehensive Guide
This is a comprehensive guide to the act, from the mental states of mind different tosp inhabit, to the play-by-play techniques in the bedroom. As other readers mention, there is some reworded material that echoes the same points made in Miller's companion book on bottom. That said, there is definitely new content. I actually miss the Q&A format that was all over Miller's last book; it added a lot of personality that is lacking from this one.

Not what I expected. waste of money

Repetitive
If you've read this author's other book, How to Bottom Like a Porn Star, then you've read most of this one as well. There are a few new chapters but overall I'd say 75% of it is copy and pasted from the bottoming book with the perspective changed. My copy also has the spine printed on backwards.
