KAKOSI Chocolate Covered Nibs, 16oz Bag

Loved this product! The size of most nibs are that of "nerds" candy and up to 2x larger. The slight sweetness of the dark chocolate balances the bitterness of the nibs themselves. I detected a slight malted milk ball flavor while munching down on these. The texture does indeed remind one of eating chocolate covered espresso beans; but the smaller size of the nibs works more betterer for me. Brought in samples to select friends at work and these were a huge hit from both people who knew what nibs are, and those that didn't. Will definitely order again in the future. Etailz retailer promptly sent my package of chocolatey goodness so I will not hesitate to order from them again either.

I love chocolate covered nibs, am currently trying out all the different types I can find on the market. These are quite different than most of the nibs I've tried. When I first put one in my mouth, I was surprised by the intense sweetness, almost too sweet, such as a stevia note, although stevia isn't listed in the ingredients. Rolling it on my tongue, the chocolate coating is very thin and dissolved quickly. Next, biting into the nib resulted in a surprising earthy note, very different from most other chocolate covered nibs I've tried. Not chocolate, but more of a coffee taste, leaning towards an earthy tone.I give Kakosi extra points for originality, they've created a unique product. I personally prefer less sweetness and more chocolate to roll on my tongue, but will relish these nibs anyway, despite this difference.Additional note:After working on these choc covered nibs for a few weeks, I've developed quite a taste for these Kakosi nibs - they're currently my favorite, partly because of the size variations of the nibs - some are small and some are large, this adds additional interest to the experience. Also, the thin chocolate coating and deep earthy coffee note has grown on me. Must place another order before the outside high temperatures increase above 80F. . . .

Someone got me a small tin of chocolate covered nibs for christmas and it turned out I loved them. So I ordered this bag so I could refill the tin when I want to. It's been fabulous.I like the balance of sweet and bitter in Kakosi's chocolate covered nibs, I've had two other brands now and this is definitely what I'm going to stick with. It's not overly chocolaty and it's not overly sweet. And, as noted, the bulk nature is super handy.Biggest problem is that I have trouble stopping.

Ordering chocolate during the summer in Florida can be an adventure - but these Nibs arrived cool in an ice pack (that had melsted but did its job). I was VERY impressed with the shipping. These Nibs are a fantastic snack. I ate through the whole bag in a matter of days. They are a bit expensive so I haven't re-ordered yet --- because I know I'll eat through the bag quickly again!! Only downside to this snack is that the chocolate does melt if you, for example, put a bunch in a zip lock back and put it in your pocket on a warm day. So be a little careful about melting. But otherwise, it's a great snack that's well shipped.

I got hooked on chocolate covered nibs from the little packs they sell at Trader Joes. I thought I'd try this brand for a change and I have to admit that I like it even better. It's smoother with less bitterness. The nibs inside seem a little flaker too which I like.

Ordered these for the first time and I'm just eating them now. All I can say is O. M. G.!!!!! They are absolutely fabulous! Delicious to the max. The nibs are very small and the dark chocolate is excellent. The other ones I've had are from Dr. Mercola. They are good too. They are milk chocolate coated. But I will def be ordering more of these!

I love these chocolate covered nibs. Like I have to force myself not to just grab a handful every day. I had a 1 oz tin of nibs from Whole foods and it cost me 4 times as much per ounce (including shipping). Now I just reuse the tin and refill with Kakosi. I try to limit myself to 1 ounce a day and hid the rest of the bag... but they are sooo tasty.Seller is great. In the summer, they even include an ice pack with the bag to keep the chocolate from melting and package in an insulated bag.

These are soooo delicious! They're a perfect chocolate fix - chocolaty but a little healthier. I just wish they had Amazon prime shipping :(
