portions of the star section were not stiched together leaving gaps. Poor workmanship.

Pics don't do it justice-although I assume each one may vary. The one I rec'd was dark (no white/cream and the darkest portion was a med beige). It was thinner than I expected so I'd say not for high traffic areas just décor. Update: still have and has held up quite well, it is in a low traffic area now but wasn't for a couple months. As far as maintenance febreeze and vacuum (hand vac or similar-it's on the thin side) have worked just fine.

So beautiful I almost don't want to use this as a rug! I think it would make a very unique and lovely wall hanging as well. This is obviously real cow hide, it makes the room smell like leather. I wish the seller made larger rugs like this,and square area rugs too! The first photo is right out of the box, you can see the folds. 2nd photo you can see the folds flatten out nicely.

It's a Texas star made out of dyed cowhide. Can't get any more Texan than that. This rug makes a room look seriously Texan. have I mentioned yet how Texan it is?! I love this rug.

Great product, very soft and durable. Have it hanging in my living room. Great accent piece!
