Product was ordered for tenants in my husbands house. Just right, concise and did the job without reams of jargon. Very good.

I did eventually receive the correct item, but thought I would mention this first as it was NOT Amazon's fault. This item arrived in a sealed packet within the standard Amazon packaging (i.e. supplier-sealed), but instead of receiving the tenancy agreement, I was provided with a £3.50 makeup pencil. I briefly saw the funny side, but this mistake cost me £75 in lost income (the increase in rent for one month - the reason I purchased a new tenancy agreement). This was clearly not Amazon's fault.However, I returned the wrong item and tried ordering again - I received the correct item (again, supplier-sealed) but had to pay an extra £4 as the item was no longer on offer. This irked me. The correct item was received this time and it served its purpose.Overall, a perfectly reasonable, and legally-valid, tenancy agreement accepted by the local council (I rent to a young, disabled couple receiving house benefit). I would recommend the product.
