best thing since sliced bread
This is the greatest thing for jewelry making I've found so far. It really works. I always get my pliers ridge marks on my jumprings when I'm making things. This stuff puts just enough rubber coating on those ridges to smooth them out and not leave marks. It is also only temporary so no worry about ruining your tools. Be sure to stir it well, I used the handle end of a plastic spoon, because the thickest goo is around the sides. Just dip your tools once in the coating. I dipped mine a second time and the tip of my pliers wouldn't touch. If plier tips can't touch, they can't hold the pieces you're working with. Fortunately. it peeled off with a little rubbing. I just redipped them, only once this time, and they work great. Coating has 3 hr. or preferably overnite drying time. Anyway, it's the best for keeping your tools from marring finish on jewelry parts.

Love Tool Magic
Tool Magic works great when wire wrapping , No Tool Marks !! This shipment was just a bit dried out, able to use, but it probably won't last long.

Quick dip for tools.
A must if you make jewelry or do any wire wrapping or Chainmaille. There is an odor so be sure your area has ventilation. Great product.

Bad quality control.
Product arrived as shown. No damage to box… not even sure how to describe this one. You know you’re in for a treat when you open a package and immediately smell chemicals. Lid must not have been closed during manufacturing.

Is it worth your time?
This works but you need to reuse it over and over and over again. This stuff works well about 2 times after you twist or handle wire in your tools. After that you need to peel it off and reapply it again. Not sure if the constant reapplying is worth the effort especially if you're careful at working with wire. I'm starting to think it more of a pain in the behind to peel and reapply than it is vs. being careful or working with plastic tool tips. This is time consuming but, I guess if you do this at the end of your day when you're done working or closing your shop then it may help you...but not that much.

Best Coating For My Wire Wrap Tools!
I dislike that both Michael's and Hobby Lobby do not carry this product anymore and that I now have to literally spend twice the $$ to buy it anywhere online. I must have it for my wire wrap tools to keep my wire smooth and not scratched up.

There is better product out there at the hardware store.
This product is OK. I use it on the tips of my jewelry making pliers to protect the metals from marring however, the coating does not last as long as another product I purchased from the hardware store. It quickly dents and tears requiring me to peel it off and recoat after just a couple of uses. I would not purchase again.

So far so good...
Very easy to use. Sure helps with the softer metals. Two thin coats are easier to use than 1 thick coat. Only down side, it only comes in white now.
