FOLOU Electric Scooter Replacement Wheels Solid Never Flat Tires for Xiaomi M365 or Similar E-Scooter Models (Set of 2 Tires)

I cannot believe so many of you gave these tires a 5 star review. The ride quality was so terrible I took them off and returned them for a refund. I tried to get used to them, but it didn't work out. I went on a 24 mile scooter trip and still could not stand these tires.For me, installation only took about 30 minutes with C-Clamps, and a crowbar. I have a Hover-1 Journey e-scooter, a clone of the Xiaomi M365 scooter.Within 2 seconds of riding i felt something was very wrong. Because the profile of the tires is a flatter top this creates a problem. The middle of the tire is harder than the outer edges. It makes the ride softer but the steering is extremely unstable. I felt like i was constantly fighting the tires to steer the scooter, the tires wanted to go straight and only straight. Any time i curve even slightly the scooter slowed down, the tires made a gummy noise because the outer edges were soft and flexing and the scooter slowed down and my steering handle would push back against me. This used up more battery, slowed down the speed, made steering harder. I almost got into an accident from the terrible steering when I had to make a quick turn maneuver, something that is very easy and safe to do on my air-filled tires.Also because the tires are flat top, the diameter is slightly smaller than normal air filled tires which makes the scooter go slower.The rubber isn't as good of a shock absorber so you'll have a much bumpier ride if you ride on the sidewalks like I do. You'll be fine with the bumpy ride for about 10-15 minutes and then it gets really annoying, your eyes jiggle and the distance becomes blurry. So it wears you out fast. I really wanted these tires to work, i was so happy when i got them in and installed them. So proud of myself but wow the design is just terrible.

It was extremely difficult to put the first (rear wheel) on. Took me almost 4 hrs to complete. But I managed to get it on with the help of zip ties. My advice. First boil water in a large pot the tire will fit in, once the water is boiling, turn the stove off, put the tire into the pot with something on top of it so it can stay submerged in the water for about 15 to 20 minutes, then put the tire onto the rim. You’ll have it on in 3 to 5 mins. Lesson I learned

Normal scooter tires don't last. You'll eventually run a flat. I had 2 and decided on a hard rubber replacement.It's been great. One rubber tire has outlasted 2 regular ones.It's durable and smooth, but you'll notice some of the bigger bumps on the road more. The tire tread has worn off, but the tire still grips as normal.This is a must-have upgrade if you have an electric scooter.

These were a little difficult to put on, BUT definitely worth it! Seem to help our electric scooter ride smoother and don’t have to worry about not having enough air

I really like that it does not need any air or worry of getting flat tires.the dislike is - its hard to install but you need a lot of patient and determination.you have to work hard to put this on but its worth it.

They are a pain to get on, but if you boil them in water it helps a lot. Once they are on, they are awesome. Would buy again if I ever need to replace one
