Exercise Instructor's opinion
The green bands are a light-medium weight and are good for participants in my classes who are new to exercise. Others use the purple bands, which are morr of a medium resistance. You get to cut them to the desired length, which I love, as I'm tall and some bands are too short for me to use comfortably.
