The Paul Prudhomme spices are great products. They are not too salty, and just have the perfect taste and ingredients fir each variety.

The poultry blend is our favorite
It didn't come in the fancy white gift box like pictured but it's a great product we've reordered for years now. Love it!

UPDATE:- I purchased those 4 bottles as I was very impressed with the reviews and decided to give it a shot. Oh boy was I so pleased! Chef Paul really got it spot on when he made one seasoning blend for vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood. They pretty much have the same main ingredients but each one has that extra couple of ingredients that makes what ever your having taste amazing! Today I thought I would try the Vegatable blend with my pasta w/pesto and OMG, did it taste so so good! I am so happy with the blends I got. I get all my lunches at work from a diet centre so sometimes I am stuck with very boring choices. I decided to keep Poultry, Seafood and Vegetables in the office with me at all times and and will keep the Meat Magic at home for my steaks :) UPDATE:- I just used the Meat Magic over the weekend and WOW! I put a generous amount on every new york strip before grilling along with coconut oil and clarified butter (ghee) and oh man it tasted amazing! I have done close to a hundred steaks with different seasoning and marinade and this has got to be the best so far! I am considering buying another set for the house as I would like to always have all flavors on hand wherever I am. Thanks for the great product!

Not just for fish anymore
Used the one fish seasoning for ages, but ran out, and haven't found it in local stores for a while, pretty cool to actually try this variety pack for other meats.
