The quality is really low. The camera keeps dropping the image, and I have to reconnect it to get to work again. Even then the camera keeps flickering when it's working.

On receiving this product (supposed to be plug and play) I plugged it in but it did not play. I followed the sparse instructions and downloaded Pot Player. but it would only recognize my laptop cam. So I have wasted my money on this my advice is DONT BUY this product.

After using it for one hour a week since May 2020 it has now gone very glitchy,lots of screen flicker and will only work in one particular usb slot,even though they all work fine with everything else.Microphone is weak,expect to speak loudly or get a separate mike.Picture quality good enough for Zoom meetings,although there is a delay of about 2 seconds which looks odd when you're seeing yourself.

I had a problem with this device and was intending to send it back as the output signal from the microphone was quite inadequate, - 1-2 bars on the progress bar with loud speech 3" away. The problem was solved by increasing the input volume in the sound settings on the desktop to 200%, the maximum it would go. Although a bit on the quiet side, this is adequate This shouldn't be necessary but it has worked which is better than going to the hassle of sending it back and getting another.The camera is excellent.

This camera fails to work. My Lenovo with windows 10 will not allow this camera to function no matter what you try. The information supplied with it are dreadful.Don’t waste your money n

Awful - it worked for a few weeks then started flickering, turning everything green, purple or pink and then would not work at all. I've spent a year worrying about whether it will work, apologising to colleagues for problems, and wondering why I look red all the time. My new, cheaper webcam works brilliantly and the colour is accurate (I'm not red, lol). I should have binned it months ago. Total waste of money.

This product was not plug and play compatible with my OLDER pc (7yrs+), the only drivers available are plug and play which did not work with my pcs older chipset. I plugged it into a newer pc (Intel core 8th gen) and it worked immediately. Picture quality is fine for the price, a little grainy in lower light. It has a thread for a tripod / stand which is handy.

Arrived promptly. Fair price BUT picture kjept dropping out. Promptly refunded.Pleased with the aftersales.Regards DBS
